GENERAL MEETING MINUTES

On 5th day of the month of September of 2007, the General Meeting was held in Bissau, to which attended 60 members of the different Boroughs of Bissau and had as the order of the day the following:

- To inform all participants of our intention in the Sporting area of the Borough of Missira.
- Alternative for possible entry to the Team of the Danfa Football Club (FCD) in the National Championship of the Sporting Age 2007/2008.
- Approval of the Statute by unanimous vote.
- Constitution of the Directive Body of this Sporting collective.

-Following various standings down, the following were elected to the directive body of the Danfa Football Club:
